Doucette Media began with a core philosophy of placing a special focus on the unique operational challenges present in the industry.  More specifically, highlighting how critical it was for ad operations teams to understand the processes that ran in parallel with their own, such as those of the publishers' sales, finance and web development teams,  as well as the needs and processes of the buyer's side.  Publishers are faced with the difficulty of finding and retaining talented operational support with the type of multi-faceted business acumen capable of bridging the gap between all of these departments, and so Doucette Media was created to meet that demand.
